All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Vehicle redemptions and personal property retrievals are available
Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Transporter appointments are available Monday through Thursday
from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Personal Property

Why is my personal property being handled or inventoried?

As part of our contractual and legal obligations, Absolute Solutions
is required to document and process personal property found within
repossessed vehicles in accordance with lender requirements and
applicable regulations.

Why is there an administration charge when picking up my personal property?

Administrative fees help cover the handling, compliance, processing,
and release services associated with personal property retrieval.

Can I remove my property directly from the vehicle myself?

For safety, liability, and compliance reasons, customers are not
permitted access to storage lots or repossessed vehicles. Our staff
is responsible for coordinating all property releases.

Where is my personal property stored?

All personal property is maintained in a secured and monitored area
with restricted access.

Can you mail my personal property to me?

At this time, personal property must be retrieved in person at our
facility with valid identification.

What happens to important personal documents if they are not claimed?

Sensitive documents and personal information are handled in accordance
with company policy and applicable privacy regulations. Unclaimed
documents containing personal information are securely destroyed after
the required holding period.

Can I retrieve aftermarket accessories from my vehicle?

Items permanently attached to the vehicle, including wheels, audio
equipment, or installed accessories, are considered part of the
collateral and cannot be removed separately.

Vehicle Redemption

My finance company sent a release. Why can’t I immediately pick up my vehicle?

Once authorization is received from your lender, our team must
complete required post-repossession processing procedures. This may
include vehicle documentation, administrative processing, lender
verification, and vehicle staging for release.

My vehicle was repossessed. What should I do next?

If you wish to redeem your vehicle, please contact your finance
company directly to discuss payment arrangements and obtain
authorization for release. Absolute Solutions cannot determine
redemption eligibility or loan status.

website to schedule an appointment.

Can you deliver my vehicle back to me?

Vehicle redemptions must be completed at our facility unless otherwise
authorized by the lender.

Can someone else pick up my vehicle or property for me?

Vehicle or property releases may only be made to authorized
individuals listed on the account or approved third parties with
proper written authorization and valid government-issued
identification.

confrontations. All repossessions are conducted in accordance with

How was my vehicle opened without a key?

As a licensed recovery company, our agents use professional vehicle
access tools and techniques designed for lawful entry during the

What forms of identification do you accept?

We accept valid government-issued photo identification, including:
